Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
To make changes to an existing order, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name and the changes to your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed after XYZ will be sent by the following business day. It takes 1–3 days for Express Post delivery Australia wide. International orders may take up to 5 business days.
I received an incorrect item in my order
Unfortunately, on occasion, our warehouse may send out an incorrect item. If this happens with your order, please email email@example.com immediately so we can sort this out as quickly as possible. Include your order number, the name of the item you ordered and the code on the tag of the item you received.
I received a faulty item
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team via firstname.lastname@example.org straight away with your order number, the item name and a description or photo of the fault. We will sort this out as quickly as possible!
Please note that loose or excess threads and irregular prints are not considered faults as these are often natural results of the manufacturing process. Please read the description of each item carefully before purchasing.
I am missing an item from my order
If an item is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com with your order number and the name of the missing item. We will resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
